Fitness Center MembershipNorth Midland Family Center's fitness center is the ideal place to get into shape! The facility is available during all regular building hours and has a balance of weight stations, free weights, and cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, a stationary bike, a rowing machine, and elliptical climbers. The room is fully air conditioned and has cable television sets for your entertainment.
Membership includes access to the fitness room, open basketball, 20% off all classes, and 20% off all rentals! Fitness room drop-in: $3
