Teen Program
Behavior/Discipline Policy

    1. Teens must have a discipline policy and waiver form on file signed by a parent/guardian to attend
        NMFC Teen Program.
    2. Teens must sign in and get a stamp on their hand.
    3. No alcohol, tobacco, illegal substances, or illegal behavior are allowed or tolerated.
    4. No profanity shall by used.
    5. No disrespectful behavior towards staff and volunteers or other teens shall be allowed.
    6. No bullying or fighting of ANY kind will be tolerated.
    7. All teens must respect themselves, each other and the staff.
    8. Once teens enter the building, they must remain in the building at all times, if they leave the
        building without permission, they cannot reenter the building.
    9. No outside food or drinks will be allowed.  Teens are provided food and drinks while attending
        the Teen Nights.

In the event that one of these rules are broken, I understand that my parent/guardian will be notified and
I might be asked to leave the building.  In the event that I continually break the above rules, I might be
banned temporarily or permanently from attending NMFC Teen Nights.
